Alzheimer and neurogenerative diseases are on the rise and while there are a lot?of factors that we can’t control, studies are showing there are still many things that we can do to prevent and slow down these debilitating conditions.??
While working with a client with a mild cognitive impartment recently,?I found this helpful article that helps us to take inventory on how we are taking care of ourselves to lower the likelihood that we develop these conditions in the future.
